KVKK Privacy Notice

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Ares Software, as data controller, informs you about how your personal data is processed.
1. Data controller
Ares Software (aresyazilim.com). Contact details will be added.
2. Personal data processed
Identity (name), contact (email), customer transactions (audit requests, reports, plan), transaction security (IP address, session and log records).
3. Purposes
Managing memberships, authentication, providing and improving the service, tracking plans and usage limits, information security, and informing authorities when required.
4. Legal grounds
KVKK art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to email delivery and hosting providers to run the service. Some of these providers may store data abroad; such transfers comply with KVKK art. 9.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send your requests to us in writing.
