Privacy Policy
Last updated: 05.11.2026
At Ares Software we care about the privacy of the information you share while using Ares SEO (seo.aresyazilim.com).
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. If you sign in with Google we use the name, email and profile picture Google shares. The addresses you audit and the resulting reports are stored with your account. For security, IP addresses and session data are logged.
How we use it
To create and verify your account, run SEO audits, store your reports, enforce plan limits, keep the service secure and contact you about the service.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only as needed with providers that help us run the service, such as email delivery (Resend) and hosting. We may disclose data to authorities when legally required.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; all your sites and reports are then permanently deleted.
